Adding Organisational Units in the SMS

OVERVIEW

An Organisational Unit is a group or team within your organisation that may perform similar tasks. You can create multiple Organisational Units depending on the structure of your organisation. When you create tasks in the SMS, you can assign them to your organisational units.
