- Qualification Completion Status - In the Overview Tab, administrators can easily view the student’s overall qualification completion status. This status typically reflects whether the student has met the requirements for program completion, such as passing necessary units or modules. It can be an essential tool for administrators to quickly assess which students are nearing completion and which may need additional support.

This ensures that any changes to critical information—such as academic progress, unit results, or enrollment status—must be made through the appropriate channels elsewhere in the system, thus maintaining data integrity and preventing accidental changes. While this tab offers a comprehensive overview, all detailed updates or edits, such as altering course enrollments or updating unit results, will need to be done in their respective sections of the system. This structure ensures that administrators have an accurate and unaltered view of the student's current status at all times.
Profile Image Customization
In addition to viewing student information, the Overview Tab also offers administrators the ability to personalise the student's profile by updating their profile image. By clicking the “Change Profile Image” button, administrators can easily upload a new photo for the student. This feature helps to ensure that each student's profile is up-to-date and visually identifiable within the system. Uploading a student’s photo is particularly useful in larger institutions where many students are enrolled, as it provides a more personalised experience for both staff and students.
