In this tutorial, we will discuss how students can lodge a complaint.

Step Tutorial
1. From the Student’s SMS Dashboard, navigate to Complaint


2. Add Details of the Complaint:
  1. Date of Occurrence – Select the date the complaint was raised.
  2. Details of the complaint – Add the details of the complaint.
  3. Reason(s) for your complaint – Add the reasons for the complaint.
  4. Outcomes you are seeking - Specify the desired outcome of the complainant.  
  5. How can we improve to avoid these situations in the future? - Suggest areas for improvement, if applicable. 


3. Tick the checkbox under the Declaration.


4. Add Supporting Evidence.


5. Once completed, click the “Submit” button. A prompt will appear confirming the successful addition of the complaint. Click the "OK" button.

And that is how a student can lodge a complaint in the SMS.
