How Students Can Give Suggestion or Feedback
Overview
This tutorial demonstrates how students can submit feedback and suggestions using the student management system. By utilizing this feature, students can express concerns or ideas that can lead to enhancements in the learning environment, fostering better communication between students and educators.
NOTE: Make sure you have a student account or access, as this feature is only available to students.
Step Tutorial
1. Log in by entering your email and password, then click the "Continue" button.
2. From the Dashboard, click on "Administration Forms" to expand and view its sub-options, then select "Suggestion and Feedback".
3. Answer the following fields:
- What area can we improve in? - Tick the boxes that correspond appropriately to your feedback. You may use the "Other Details" field if none of the listed options apply.
- What suggestions do you have to help us improve? - Add the detailed information of your feedback or suggestions.
- Anonymous - Tick this if you want your identity to remain anonymous.
- Supporting Evidence - You may upload files to support your feedback and suggestions.
Once you’re finished, click the "Submit" button.
4. A prompt will appear; click the "OK" button to close it.
