How to Access Contacts Activity Log
Overview
The Activity Log of a contact in Student Management System
(SMS) tracks interactions and changes related to a specific contact (individuals
who are not yet enrolled as students but have shown interest in joining
specific groups that are not currently open for enrolment). These logs provide
transparency, help track important interactions, and ensure that all
contact-related activities are documented for reference and follow-up.
In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to access this log.
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Contacts > search
and select a contact > then click Activity Log tab.
2. The Activity Log page displays the Activity Logs table
for the selected contact.
The following actions can be performed in the Activity
Logs table:
- Search for activities using the search field.
- Rearrange the list by clicking the headers of
each column.
- Navigate through records by clicking the page
numbers or arrows to view other entries.
