How to Access Students Activity Log via Trainer Portal
Overview
Checking a student's activity log in the Student Management
System (SMS) through the trainer portal allows trainers to monitor and track all
actions performed on the student’s record within the system. Activity logs
typically provide detailed insights, such as the object involved, the activity
performed, the user who initiated it, login history, and a description of the
activity.
In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of accessing
this log using your trainer access.
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Students > search
and select a student > then click Activity Log tab.
2. The Activity Log page displays a table containing
the actions performed on the student.
The following actions can be performed in the Activity Log tab:
- Search for activities using the search field.
- Rearrange the list by clicking the headers of
each column.
- Navigate through records by clicking the page
numbers or arrows to view other entries.
