How to Access your VET Learner and Employer Questionnaire (2.0)

Overview

The VET Surveys are designed to assess the quality of training that students received from their training. As an organisation, these feedbacks are important for continuous improvement. This tutorial will show how you can access your VET Learner and Employer Survey in the SMS.  You can also embed these questionnaires to your website and when students log in, they can answer and complete the survey. 

NOTE: You need to use an admin account on the SMS.

Step Tutorial

1. From the sidebar menu, under Administration, go to Settings. Click on the AQTF Learner Code for the Learner Questionnaire or click on AQTF Employer Code to access your Employer Questionnaire.

2. Paste the copied code in a Notepad app or TextEdit app or any open text field apps. 

NOTE: This code can be used to embed the Questionnaire to your website if you have any. You may contact your website administrator for further assistance.

To get the direct link to your questionnaire, look for the URL of the Learner Questionnaire Form. (see highlighted text) 

1. Copy the URL within the quotation marks (" "). DO NOT include the " "
   
2. Paste the URL to your browser's address bar and click Enter.
   

That's it! You can email the direct links to your student and/or employers to get their feedback on the quality of their training.
