Step Tutorial
1. From the Dashboard, go to Administration, then Templates, then SMS Templates, and click the New button.
2. Fill in the following details:
- Title – The name or label of the SMS template.
- Dynamic Field – Placeholder for personalised content, such as student names or course details.
- Description – The content of the SMS, which will be sent to the recipient.
Once done, click the Save button.
3. A prompt confirming the successful creation of the template will appear. Click the OK button to close.
You should now see the recently added template in the list.
