How to Add Company in the SMS (Starter)

Idea
Overview
This tutorial will show users how to provide companies with their own access to the SMS. In the Starter version of the Company Portal, users can add their third-party clients as Employers. A company can also have multiple contacts. We will also guide you through controlling what they can see and access in the Portal. This SMS feature empowers your business partners and clients with up-to-date visibility on the status of their training.

Step Tutorial
1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Companies, then click the Add button.



2. Complete/answer the following fields:

NOTE: Fields with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be filled out to successfully save the entry.
Part 1 - General Information
  1. Show Student Schedules
  2. Company Type 
  3. Company Name - Must be at least 5 characters.
  4. Trading Name
  5. ACN
  6. ABN
  7. Street Number
  8. Street Name
  9. Suburb
  10. Postcode
  11. State
  12. Country
  13. Main Contact Email
  14. Billing Email
  15. Billing Contact Name
  16. Billing Contact Phone No.
  17. Regulated Trades - Direct Superior Name
  18. Lic No
  19. Supervisor Name
  20. Supervisor Contact Phone No.
  21. Custom Theme
Part 2 - Company Permissions
  1. Show All Programs on Enrolment Form – If this is enabled or toggled on, the company will have access to all your courses in the external enrolment form. If disabled, you can select specific programs to display on the enrolment form.
  2. Allow Enrolments – If enabled or toggled on, your company can enrol their students when they log in to the Company Portal.
  3. Allow Adding of Contacts
  4. Allow Adding of Companies
  5. Allow Company to Edit Their Details? – If enabled or toggled on, the company can edit their information when they log in to the Company Portal. If disabled, their company information will be greyed out upon login.
  6. Allow Email Students
  7. External Calendar Settings


3. Once done, scroll to the top of the page and click the Save button.


4. A prompt confirming the successful addition of the company will appear. Click "OK" to close it.


You should now see the recently added company.
