How to Add Group Attachments

Idea
Overview
In the Student Management System (SMS), administrators can add attachments to specific groups. This feature allows admins to store important documents related to each group in a central location, making it useful for managing internal resources such as group-specific files.

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to upload these attachments.

Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Schedule > Student Groups / Intakes tab. Then, search or select the group from the list and click on the Attachments sub-tab.

2. On the Attachments page, click the Add Attachment button.

Once clicked, an upload field will appear. You can either drag and drop files into this field or click on it to upload from your device.

3. After uploading a file, it will be listed with options to download or delete it.
  1. Click the blue button to download the file.
  2. Click the red button to delete it.


4. To add another attachment, click the Add Attachment button again and repeat the process described in Step 2.

NOTE: When multiple attachments are available, the list will automatically sort alphabetically based on the file names of the uploaded attachments.


Additionally, these attachments will be visible across all events associated with the group.
