Overview
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to check enrolments and invoices for your third-party clients. In the Company Portal, both your RTO and your company can view enrolments, monitor student progress, and check course completion. You can also access invoices and payment history.
Step Tutorial
Part A - Checking Enrolments
1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Companies, select the company from the dropdown, go to the Enrolments tab.
2. Click the expand icon to view the student enrolment details.
3. From here, you can see the units within the program the student is enrolled in. You can also monitor the student's progress in the course by checking the results under Outcome.
Part B - Checking Invoices
1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Companies, select the company from the dropdown, go to the Invoices tab.
2. To view a specific invoice, click View from the Action dropdown menu.
3. You’ll be directed to a new tab where you can view the actual invoice.
4. To send an email to the third party about this student, click Email.
5. Enter the subject. You can compose or customise your own message in the text box. You can also select from the available dynamic fields and use them in your message. Alternatively, you can choose from the custom templates available. Once you’re finished, click Send Email.
6. A prompt confirming the successful sending of the email will appear. Click the OK button to close it.
7. To accept a payment, click Payment from the Action dropdown menu.
8. Click Pay With New Card. Enter the card details and tick "Pay Now" to complete the payment for this invoice.
9. A prompt confirming the successful sending of the email will appear. Click the OK button to close it.
