How to Check Students Enrolled in a Program Instance
Overview
In the Student Management System, you can easily identify
the students enrolled in a specific program instance. This process typically
involves navigating to the Programs section, selecting the desired
program instance, and viewing the list of students. The system will display key
details such as student names, groups, enrolment start and end dates, and statuses.
In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to
check this information
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Programs > Program
Instances tab > search and select the program instance > then click Students tab.
2. The Students tab displays a table listing the
students enrolled in the program instance.
The following actions can be performed in the Students tab:
- Search for a student by using the search field.
- Rearrange the list by clicking the headers of
each column.
- Click a student’s name to open their page in a
new tab.
