How to Create Loadings for a Funded Contract (NSW)

Overview
Approved training providers may be eligible for a loading, the program offering government subsidies for approved vocational education and training. There are loadings available for two key categories: student needs and locations.

Step Tutorial
1. Navigate to Finance, then Contracts, followed by Loadings, and click the New button.

2. Enter the following details:
  1. Type – Select the type of loading from the drop-down field. For this instance, choose a needs loading of 15 percent of the qualification price for delivering training to students with disabilities.
  2. Active – Toggle ON to activate.
  3. Name – Enter a name for your loading.
  4. Description – Enter a short description for your loading.
  5. State – Select NSW.
  6. Amount – Enter the percentage or specific amount granted for this loading.
Once completed, click the Save button.

3. A prompt confirming the successful addition of the loading will appear; click OK to close it.
