How to Issue a Statement of Attainment in SMS

OVERVIEW

In this tutorial, we will show how you can generate and issue a Statement of Attainment to students in the SMS. A Statement of Attainment can be issued to students who have completed one or more units in any nationally recognised or non-accredited training. 

Navigation Instruction:

Perform the actions in our interactive tutorial below, or use the buttons on the left portion to change to scroll, slideshow or watch view.







1. To issue a Statement of Attainment, go to Students and select the specific student from the drop-down list. 
2. Navigate through the Enrolments tab.



3. Select the actual enrolment by ticking the checkbox. 
4. Click Statement of Attainment.



5. To email the Statement of Attainment, go to Actions and select Email. 



6. Enter your Email Subject.
7. Select Issue Parchment to attach the Statement of Attainment. 
8. Compose your email. You may use any of the available email templates from your Custom Templates or you may compose your own message. 
9. Click Send Email.
