This tutorial provides a straightforward way to view and manage a list of students, with options to customise the details shown. Users can choose which fields to display, allowing them to generate a report that suits their specific administrative needs.
1. From the Dashboard, go to Reports, then Student, and click the New button.
2. Add the name of the report. Optionally, you can set this as the default so it becomes the pre-selected report when going to this page. Once done, click the Save button.
3. Select the fields you want to include in your report by clicking the Fields button.
4. On the left panel, these are the fields that haven’t been added yet. Select the fields and click the arrow pointing to the right to add them.
NOTE: To remove fields, select them on the right and click the arrow pointing to the left. Once done, click Okay.
5. Click the Search button to begin.
NOTE: Optionally, you can toggle No Enrolment to show students without enrolments, and also enable Merge Mode to combine multiple student records into one.
6. The list of students will be displayed for viewing.
7. If you wish to download a copy of the report, click the Export button.
