How to Generate Certificate Report in the SMS

Overview

In this tutorial, we will discuss the steps to generate a Certificate Report in the SMS. This feature allows you to access information on the various document types, such as certificates, that you have previously issued to your students via the SMS.

Step Tutorial

1. From the Dashboard, go to Reports, then navigate to Certificate, then to Certificate Report.

2. Maximise the use of these filters for targeted results:

1. Date Issue From – Specify the start date.
2. Date Issue To – Specify the end date.
3. Type – Specify the document type (e.g., Certificate, SOA).
   

Once done, click the "Search" button. You should now see the results based on the filters you used. 

3. You can specify how many entries should be shown on a page by selecting from the dropdown.

4. You can also filter using these search fields to narrow down your report.

5. You also have the option to export the report. Note that the report will be saved in .xlsx file format.

And that’s how you can generate a certificate report in the SMS.
