How to Generate Login Logs Report in the SMS

Overview
In this tutorial, we will discuss how to generate a Login Logs. The Login Logs report shows all the different users who have logged into the system, along with other relevant information about the login. This will help you monitor and review all logins to your system and identify any unauthorised access.

Step tutorial
1. From the Dashboard, go to Reports, then navigate to Login Logs.
2. You can maximise the use of the following filters:
- Login email - You can enter an email address to check the login logs of a specific user in the system. Alternatively, you can leave this field empty to view the login logs of different users.
- Date/Time From – Add a start date/time. This is a required field; you cannot generate a report without entering a value.
- Date/Time To - Add an end date/time.
- Login Status - Identify whether you'd like to search for successful or failed logins. Successful logins are marked in green (with a tick), while failed logins are marked in red (with an exclamation mark). This indicator appears in the Login Status column once you generate a report.
- Role - Look for logins made by a specific user role in the system.
Once done, click the “Search” button.
3. You can specify how many entries should be shown on a page by selecting from the dropdown.
4. You can also filter using these search fields to narrow down your report.
5. You also have the option to export the report. Note that the report will be saved in .xlsx file format.
