How to Generate Units Report in the SMS

Overview

In this tutorial, we'll discuss how to generate Unit Reports in the SMS.

Step tutorial

1. From the Dashboard, go to Units, then click the “New” button.

2. Add your preferred report name. You may also set it as the default. Once done, click the “Save” button.

3. You should now see the report you’ve just created. Make use of the available filters to narrow down your results:

1. Start to From Range
2. End to From Range
3. Start From End To Range
4. Outcome
5. Min % Complete
6. Max % Complete
   

Once done, click on the “Search” button.

NOTE: You may choose to include AVETMISS fields by ticking the checkbox below the filters mentioned.

4. You can specify how many entries should be displayed per page.

5. Lastly, you also have the option to export the report. Note that the report will be saved in .xlsx file format.

And that’s how you can generate Unit Reports in the SMS.
