How to Generate VSL Reports in Student Enrolment

Overview

This guide demonstrates how to generate a VET Student Loan report for a student. The report allows students and system users to view key loan-related information in one place, making it easier to confirm details, maintain accurate records, and support administrative and compliance processes.

IMPORTANT:

VSL Enrolment toggle appears only if the related Program Instance has Enable VET Student Loans toggled ON in the AVETMISS tab.

How to Generate VSL Reports in Student Enrolment

1. Navigate to Student, then the Enrolments tab, and select Enrolment Action button.
   
   
   
2. Select the Census Dates then either:
   
   
   
1. Send it as an attachment in an email to the student or
   
   
2. Download the document to your device.
   

NOTE: VSL Fee Notice and VSL CAN will only show in the Action button if the following conditions are met:

1. Related Student Enrolment has VSL Enrolment is toggled ON.
   
2. A default template has been set for VSL Fee Notice or VSL CAN in the Document Templates page.
