How to Join a Waitlist? (via External Enrolment Form or External Calendar)

How to Join the Waitlist? (via External Enrolment Form)

In the External Enrolment Form, when a Group/Intake reaches the maximum number of students, Contacts will have the option to sign up to be included in the waitlist.
  1. The Intake will be marked with the term (WAITLIST)
  2. The following message will appear with a button that links to the Waitlist Form for that Intake:
    "This Intake has reached its maximum enrolment limit. If you would like to join the Waitlist, in order to be notified when places open up, please use the Waitlist button below"




  3. Additionally, all valid Waitlist Groups will now be displayed in the External Enrolment Form. This relates to groups that are waitlisted, but not yet open to enrolments.

How to Join the Waitlist? (via External Calendar)

In the External Calendar, groups that have a Waitlist will also be shown. Students can now either Join Waitlist or Enrol. The details are as follows:

  1. Students can enrol to a group wherein the maximum number of students has not yet been reached
  2. For groups that have Waitlist enabled, the Enrol button is replaced by a Join Waitlist button. This button appears if a group is not yet open for enrolment, or the group has already reached the maximum number of students
    1. The Join Waitlist button when clicked will open a new tab with the Waitlist Form
      1. Calendar View



      2. Course List View


  3. Important: Standard rules still apply for the event to show up in the External Calendar:
    1. Program Instance type must be Intake
    2. The group must not have started yet AND
    3. At least one event must have shown on External Calendar set.
