How to Record an Industry Engagement
Overview
In this tutorial, we will discuss how to add a new industry engagement record in the SMS (Student Management System). Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add a new record:
Step Tutorial
1. From Compliance section, go to Industry Engagement and click New. A new window will pop-up.
2. From the pop-up window, fill in the following:
- Date when you had the industry engagement
- Enter the Program of the Qualification
- Type in the Business Name
- Enter your Contact
- Identify their Position
- Identify the Industry Need
- Enumerate the Discussion Points
- Type in the Outcome
- Attach Files related to your entry
Click Save once done.
3. To edit a previous entry, you can search keywords using the Search bar on the upper right corner of the Compliance page. Click Action and choose Edit.
4. Edit the necessary fields as needed. Click Save once done.
That's it! You've successfully recorded your Industry Engagement.
