Overview

This tutorial will guide you through the steps to send bulk emails to students using your student management system. Sending emails in bulk allows you to efficiently communicate important information, updates, or reminders to large groups of students, saving time and ensuring consistent messaging.

1. From the Dashboard, go to Reports and then Enrolment.

In the Enrolment section, use the available filters to customise the data as needed.

Click Search once you have added relevant filters.

A table displaying the enrolment report that corresponds to the applied filters will be shown.

2. To select all listed students from the report, tick the box in the upper left corner of the table. You can also choose specific students to whom you would like to send the email.


After selecting students from the table, additional buttons will appear above the filter section.


4. Click Send Email.

A new window will pop up. From here, you can compose the email you want to send. You may also use the available templates.

Once done, click Send Email.



That's it! You've successfully sent bulk email!
