How to Edit the Password Reset Email Template

Overview

In this tutorial, we'll discuss how to set up your Password Reset Email template. This email will be automatically sent to users who are trying to reset their SMS password.

Step tutorial

1. From the Homepage (Dashboard), go to Administration → Templates → Email Templates tab. Search for the "Password reset email" then edit the email template.

2. Customise the email body and use the available dynamic fields list if you wish to add more information in your password reset template.

3. The tag {AuthenticateCode} will be required within the email template. This tag is not shown under the dynamic fields list so admins must manually type it into the email template. The system will generate a unique validation code that replaces this tag once sent to users which will be used to reset their passwords.

4. Once done, click the Update Template button.
