How to Set Up a Password Reset Email Template

Overview

In this tutorial, we'll discuss how to set up your Password Reset Email template. This email will be automatically sent to users who are trying to reset their SMS password.

Step tutorial

1. From the Homepage (Dashboard), go to Administration → Templates → Email Templates.

2. In the Email Template, type in and select "Password Reset Email (Template)".

3. Customise the email body.

4. You can use the available dynamic fields in your templates.

5. A tag {AuthenticateCode} will be required within the email template. This tag is hidden, so admins must manually type it. It will be replaced by a validation code that users will need to reset their passwords.

6. Once done, click the Update Template button.

7. Click OK to confirm the action.
