How to Use a Different Currency in Program Instance
Overview
This tutorial will show users how to override the default currency for a specific program instance. This can be useful for hosting international programs/students in your SMS. Currency selection allows you to tailor your programs and financials to meet your organisation's requirements.
IMPORTANT
- Support for currencies is currently not available for Xero and MYOB integrations.
- This feature is only applicable to RTOs using foreign currencies in their programs. if you want this feature enabled on your SMS, please contact support@eskilled.com.au.
- Provide a currency to be used as the default currency of the SMS.
- The default currency will ALWAYS be used unless changed in the program instances settings.
Step Tutorial
1. Login to your SMS and go to Programs.
2. Click on the Program Instances tab.
3. Select your program instance.
4. Go to the Financial tab.
5. Select the Currency to be used in this program instance.
That's
it! You can now use a different currency in program instance.
