Overview
The Label Mapping feature in the Student Management System (SMS) allows RTOs to customize system terminology to align with their preferred terms. This ensures consistency in communication by enabling users to rename standard system labels, based on their organization's terminology. By using Label Mapping, RTOs can enhance user experience and maintain clarity across internal and student-facing interfaces.
Step Tutorial
1. Go to Administration > Templates.
2. Under the Enrolment Form tab, click on the Label Mapping sub tab.
3. Click New.
4. There are two fields to accomplish here:
- Field - The system’s default terms that can be renamed. Select from the list.
- Label - Type in your customized term. This will replace the system’s default field term above.
5. Click Create.
