How to Use the SMS Dashboard

OVERVIEW

The SMS Dashboard is the displays the most essential data relevant to your organisation. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the interactive graphs and how you can utilise them to get more detailed information.

WALKTHROUGH

Enrolments Dashboard

On the first tab you will see the Enrolments Dashboard. This will show you data relevant to enrolments. 




You may filter the date range of your Dashboard information by clicking on the data range field on the upper right corner of the Dashboard. Select your preferred data range for the charts. 




The upper portion of the Dashboard has widgets that contain information based on the label below. These information updates based on enrolments or program completion.
Note: This portion of the Dashboard is not affected by the date filter. 




There are multiple charts available in the Dashboard.
You can see which of your programs have the highest number of enrolments on the Enrolments by Programs.



You can also see data on Program Instances in the Enrolments by Program Instance



Another useful Information in the Dashboard is the Unit Completion status. You can see which units are not yet complete by their end dates. 



Information on Students at Risk is also available in the Dashboard. These show which programs have low completion activity versus the remaining time to complete. 





You can also see graphs for Students Attendance on different programs, grouped based on less than 90%, 80% or 60% attendance. 



With Unique Student Enrolments, you can also see your annual allocation. 




Click the arrow beside the year button to view the data from the previous years. 



You can also monitor if you're still within or if you have exceeded your annual allocation for student enrolment



The charts are also interactive. You can hover your mouse on the items and once you see the arrow pointer change to a crosshair 



you can left click on the bar graph above to open a data table as seen below.

      a. Clicking on a Column Header title will allow you to sort the column in ascending or descending order. 



You can also export the data in each section to an Excel file by clicking Export


Financial Performance 

Your Dashboard also includes charts that show your Financial Performance.

Here you can see your total Revenue in daily, weekly or monthly basis. 



Clicking on the markers of the line graph will show a data table that contains the breakdown of your program fees.



In this page, You can also see your Revenue by Program and your Revenue by Program Instance.
There is also a graph for your Projected Payment Plan Revenue. This contains information based on your enrolments and payment plans setup. 



Click on a data point in the graph to show a window with a breakdown for that specific month 



You can also view your Revenue by location, providing insights into the revenue generated from each specific area.



A chart of your Unpaid Invoices broken down into 30, 60, 90 or 90+ days overdue. You may also click on each data point to see more information.



My Tasks

The My Tasks tab will show a quick overview of you and your team's open, in progress, overdue and completed tasks. 



Other Dashboard Views

The dashboard will display different sets of data depending on the type of account that is used to log in.

The SMS Dashboard is available in the Company Portal. The visibility of your third-party clients, however, is limited to their students only.



Trainers can also see the dashboard when they login to the SMS. The visibility of trainers is also limited to their students only.
