This tutorial will guide you on how to access Certificates
for Qualifications, Accredited Courses, and non-accredited programs, as well as
Statements of Attainment (SOAs) for both Student and Company Enrolments.
Companies can now view these documents if they have been issued for their
respective enrolments. This enhancement streamlines access to important
certifications, enabling users to manage educational achievements more efficiently
and with greater ease.
IMPORTANT:
- Some toggles
need to be enabled for this feature to work in your SMS. These toggles can
be found in your Administration > Settings page > Certificates tab.
- If the
"View Certificate/SOA/Unaccredited Certificate" button is not
showing, it means that the document is not issued yet.
- Once
clicked, documents will display in another browser tab.
NOTE: The following conditions must be set.
- "Display Certificate on Student Profile" is
toggled On
- Certificate, SOA or Unaccredited
Certificate was previously issued
