How to View Issued Certificates and Statement of Attainment (SOA) via Student Portal

Overview

Students can view their certificates and statements of attainment once they have been issued for their respective enrolments. This feature allows students to directly access their certificates and attainment records, making it easier for them to manage and track their educational achievements. With this feature, students can efficiently access and retain important documentation related to their learning progress.

In this tutorial, we will guide students on how they can access these documents.

Step Tutorial

IMPORTANT: For this feature to work, ensure the following conditions are met.

1. In the Administration > Settings > Certificates tab, the Allow Student to View Certificate field toggle must be turned ON.
   

1. A Certificate, SOA, or Unaccredited Certificate must have been previously issued to the student’s enrolment.
   

1. Log in to the Student Management System (SMS) using your student account credentials.

2. The student’s Dashboard page will display all the enrolments associated with the student’s account.

From here, the student can access the relevant certificate and statement of attainment that have been issued for their enrolments.

To access these documents, click the View button for each enrolment.

NOTE: Once the View button is clicked, the relevant document will open in a new tab.

Students can utilise the available fields in the new tab.

1. Click the Toggle Multiple Page mode if you wish to adjust the display of the pages.
2. Use the Zoom Out, Zoom In, and dropdown fields for adjusting the page viewing percentage.
3. Print and Print Page options allow you to print the document.
4. The Download option enables students to download the document in their preferred file type.
5. The Search button lets you search for specific words within the document.
6. Full Screen option allows you to view the document in full-screen mode.
