How to View Students Units via Company Portal

Overview
In the Student Management System (SMS), companies are granted visibility to view all the units associated with a student’s enrolment using their assigned company-level access. This allows them to view relevant information about each unit, including unit code, name, type, associated program, start and end dates, and their outcomes.

In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to access these units through the company portal, ensuring you can easily navigate and find the information you need.

Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Student > search and select a student > then click Units tab.

2. The Student Units table displays the units related to the student’s enrolment, along with their relevant information, such as:
  1. Unit Code
  2. Unit Name
  3. Unit Type
  4. Program Code
  5. Funding Source National
  6. Proposed Start
  7. Actual Start
  8. Actual End
  9. Proposed End
  10. Outcome
The following actions can be performed in this tab:
  1. Results per page – Allows companies to customise the number of units visible per page. Available options include 5, 10, 20, 50, and All.
  2. All Enrolments – A dropdown menu that allows companies to filter the units based on the student’s enrolment.
  3. Search Student Units – Enables companies to search for a specific unit, which is especially useful if the student has a long list.
  4. Table Headers - You can rearrange the list by clicking on the header of each column.
