How to View Unit Results for a Program Instance

Overview

In the Student Management System (SMS), you can view unit results for a specific program instance by navigating to the program instance tab. The system displays detailed results for each unit within the program instance, including student names, units, and the result of each student in each unit.

This feature helps users to track progress, ensuring accurate reporting and understanding of student.

In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to view these results.

Step Tutorial

1. From the sidebar menu, go to Programs > Program Instances tab > search and select the program instance > then click Results tab.


2. The Results tab displays a table listing the students enrolled in the program instance together with the units and their current result.

The following actions can be performed in the Results tab:
  1. Search using keywords by using the search field.
  2. Rearrange the list by clicking the headers of each column.
  3. Click a student’s name to open their page in a new tab.


InfoNOTE: Clicking the Key button will display the legend for the available results.
