How to Withdraw a Student Enrolment in the SMS
OVERVIEW
In this tutorial, we will show users how they can change a student enrolment status to Withdrawn in the SMS. When a student has withdrawn ther enrolment in the SMS, they will be automatically suspended in the LMS.
Navigation Instruction:
Follow us through our interactive tutorial below, or use the buttons on the left portion to change to scroll, slideshow or watch view.
- Go to Students.
- Select the student who requested to withdraw their enrolment.
- Go to Enrolments tab.
- Click the Student Enrolment Status.
- Select Withdrawn from the Enrolment Status drop-down menu.
- Click Update to save changes.
This will automatically update the Actual End Dates of all the units under that program to the date when you changed the status to "Withdrawn".
