How to Withdraw a Student Enrolment in the SMS

Idea
Overview
In this tutorial, we will discuss how to change a student's enrolment status to "Withdrawn" in the SMS. When a student's enrolment is marked as Withdrawn in the SMS, they will be automatically suspended in the LMS.

Notes
Step Tutorial
1. From the Dashboard, go to Students, then select the student whose enrolment status we wish to change from the dropdown. Then, go to the Enrolments.

2. Click on the action button, then select "Edit".

3. A prompt will appear, allowing us to edit the enrolment details of the student. Under Enrolment Status, change the current status to "Withdrawn." Then click the "Continue" button.

4. Click the "Continue" button again.

5. Then click the "Submit" button. Either of the two will do.

6. A prompt will appear confirming the successful update of the enrolment status. Click the “Okay” button.

7. We should see that the status has now been updated.

8. We should also see under the Units tab that the Actual End Date and Outcome have been updated to the day the status was changed to Withdrawn and Withdrawn/Discontinued, respectively.

And that is how we change a student's enrolment status to Withdrawn in the SMS.
