Overview
In this tutorial, we will explain how to change a student’s enrolment status to "Withdrawn" in the Student Management System (SMS).
When a student's enrolment is updated to "Withdrawn" in the SMS, their account will be automatically suspended in the Learning Management System (LMS). This means they will no longer have access to course materials or activities in the LMS, ensuring that their learning status is accurately reflected across both systems.

Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Students. Search and select a student, then click Enrolments.
2. Click on the action button of the enrolment to be withdrawn, then select Edit.
3. A prompt will appear, allowing us to edit the enrolment details of the student. Under Enrolment Status, change the current status to Withdrawn. Then click the Continue button until you reach the last tab.
4. Once you are on the last tab, make sure to tick either one the two Submit buttons to save the changes.
A prompt will appear confirming the successful update of the enrolment. Click the OK button.
7. We should see that the status of the enrolment has now been updated to Withdrawn.
Under the Units tab, the Actual End Date and Outcome should also reflect the date the status was changed, with the unit outcome showing as Withdrawn/Discontinued.
And that is how we change a student's enrolment status to Withdrawn in the SMS.
