SMS Password Reset
Forgot your SMS password? You can now reset your own password.
This tutorial below are simple and easy steps that you can follow.
Resetting the Password from Login Page
1. Click the “Reset Password” link on the login page
2. Then you will be redirected to this page. Here, users must enter the account's registered email and click “Send code”.
3. You will be notified that a Validation Code has been sent to your email.
4. The page will be updated to include a field where the Validation Code can be entered. You are then to check the email and enter the validation code you have received in your email.
5. When the correct Validation Code is entered, you will be notified and will be redirected to another page where you are can reset your password.
6. Once the password is reset, you will then be redirected back to the login page, where you can now use your new credentials to log in.
