Updating the Enrolment Form of a Program Instance

A Program Instance must be added to the SMS prior to updating the enrolment form.

How it Works
Enrolment Form Type
Express - This is a shortened enrolment form with just basic information required such as First Name, Last Name and Email. This enrolment form is often used for Non-accredited course enrolments.

Standard - This is the complete enrolment form that includes l AVETMISS fields that students must fill out.
Accepting Enrolments
Use this toggle if your enrolment form is ready to accept students. This toggle adds the program instance to the online enrolment form.
USI Required
If enabled or toggled On, students are required to enter their USI in the online enrolment form. Students wont be able to submit their enrolment until a USI is entered.
Remove Payment Stage
If enabled or toggled On, there will be no payment stage upon student enrolment. 
Collect CRICOS Information
If enabled or toggled On, this allows the system to gather relevant CRICOS information on the online enrolment form.
Set Enrolled On
Leave as Application Received - When students complete their enrolment, their enrolment status will sit on Application Received with or without payment. RTOs will need to manually switch their their status to Enrolled once they are eligible.

With Payment - When students complete and pay for their enrolment, they will be automatically Enrolled in the SMS. If you have an SMS-LMS subscription, students will also have access to the LMS.

Without Payment - When students completed their enrolment even without payment, they will be automatically Enrolled in the SMS. If you have an SMS-LMS subscription, students will also have access to the LMS.
Show Upload Document
If enabled or toggled On,  students will see an Upload Document field on their online enrolment form. This is used to collect any relevant documents you need from your students. 
Require Doument Upload
If enabled or toggled On, students must upload a document on the online enrolment form to complete the enrolment process.  Otherwise, they won't be able to proceed with their enrolment.
Document Upload Description
Use this field to set the text that will appear above the Upload button on the online. Use this to let your students know what they need to upload.
Require Emergency Contact Details
If enabled or toggled On, students will be required to fill out their Emergency Contact Details on the online enrolment form.
Allow Pay Later
If enabled or toggled On, students would be allowed to complete the enrolment form and select pay later. A Pay later button will be displayed on the enrolment form

Note : A new field called Pay Later Description will appear if this is enabled. Use this new field to put a short message to your students if they select to pay later.
Allow International Students
If enabled or toggled On, International students can enrol in the Program Instance. This setting impacts the online enrolment form. If disabled, students with an international address will not be able to enrol.
Hide International Student Question
If enabled or toggled On, the question  “ Are you an International Student? ” will be hidden on the enrolment form.

Note:  If the "Allow International Students" toggle is turned On, the "Hide International Students" option will automatically be turned Off and disabled. 
If the "Allow International Students" toggle is set to Off, users can then adjust the "Hide International Students" setting as per their preference. 
Invoice to Student Only
If enabled or toggled On, students will be invoiced upon enrolment.  The other option which is the Invoice to Employer will automatically be disabled.
Invoice to Employer Only
If enabled or toggled On,  the employer will be invoiced upon enrolment. The other option which is the Invoice to Student will automatically be disabled.
Profile Image Upload
Do Not Show on Enrolment Form -  Students will NOT be asked to upload their photo upon enrolment. It is disabled if this option is selected.

Show and require -  
Students will be asked to upload a photo that will serve as their Profile Image in the Student Portal upon enrolment. Unless a photo has been uploaded, they won't be able to proceed with their enrolment.

Show but not required -
Students will have the option to upload their photo that will serve as their Profile Image in the Student Portal upon enrolment. Students will still be able to proceed with the enrolment even without an uploaded photo.
