How to Access Certificates Issued to Students

Overview

In the Student Management System (SMS), there is a feature that allows users to view a list of certificates and statements of attainment issued to a student. This feature enables users to access, track, and export certificates associated with a specific student. It provides an efficient way to manage and monitor a student's qualifications or progress within the system, ensuring that relevant documentation is readily available when needed.

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to access these certificates and statement of attainments.

Step Tutorial

1. From the sidebar menu, go to Students > search and select a student > then click Certificates tab.

2. In the Certificates tab, a table is available that displays all certificates and statement of attainment issued to the student.

You can use the Export button to generate an Excel file containing the table, as shown on the Certificates tab.

You can also use the Search field to find a specific certificate. This field is particularly useful if the list of certificates is long, as it helps minimise the time spent going over the list.

Additionally, you can rearrange the list by clicking on the header of each column.
