How to Add Specific Programs Under a Company (Starter)

Overview
In this tutorial, we will show you how to add specific programs for a company and make them available on their enrolment form. This feature allows your third-party clients to easily showcase the courses they offer.

Warning
IMPORTANT: Before we begin, ensure that the "Show All Programs on Enrolment Form" setting is toggled off under Company Permissions in the Company’s Details tab. This will make the Programs tab available.
1. From the Dashboard, go to Companies, select your company from the dropdown, navigate to the Programs tab, and then click the New button.



2. Fill in the required information:
  1. Program Code
  2. Program Instance
  3. Group
Info
NOTE: Fields such as Program Start/End Date and Trainers are automatically populated based on the Program, Program Instance, and Group you select.
Once completed, click the Save button.


3. A prompt confirming the successful addition of the program will appear. Click "OK" to close it.


You should now see the recently added program.
