How to Email or Download VSL Reports in Student Enrolment

This tutorial explains how to quickly email or download VSL (VET Student Loans) reports from the Student Enrolment area. These reports are essential for maintaining accurate loan data and meeting VSL compliance requirements.

You’ll learn where to access the available report types and how to generate them for emailing or saving to your device. The guide keeps the process simple, helping RTO staff manage VSL reporting efficiently and with confidence.

NOTE: This feature is only available to clients using VSL. If you’re unsure whether your account has access, please coordinate with our support team so they can check this for you.

Step Tutorial
1. From the Dashboard, go to Students, select the student from the dropdown, open the Enrolments tab, click the Action button, and choose either VSL Fee Notice or VSL CAN.

2. When you click either VSL Fee Notice or VSL CAN, the VSL Report modal will appear. It will display the message: “Would you like to Download or Email the [VSL_Report] to the related Student?” You will then see the options Close, Email, and Download.

NOTE:
• When Download is clicked, the VSL Report for the selected student will be downloaded and automatically added to the Student Documents section (Students page > Documents tab) with Student Access set to No.

• When Email is clicked, the Send Student Email modal will open with the VSL Report automatically attached.
