How to View and Access the Enrolment Form

Overview

The Smart Enrol Form allows prospective students to apply for and enrol in your training programs directly from your website or via a direct link. Once you have configured your Program Instance, you need to know how to access and share this form with students.

This tutorial guides you through the various methods to view and access your Smart Enrol Form, including how to obtain the direct link and iFrame code for embedding the form on your website.

Step Tutorial

Enrolment forms can be accessed through a direct link or an iFrame code that can be embedded in websites. 
 Click this to copy the Direct Link to the Enrolment Form
 Click this to copy the iFrame code of the Enrolment Form

The enrolment form can be accessed via the following areas in the SMS: 

  1. In the Program Instances page > Details subtab > upper right hand corner of the Program Instance Information section. Using this link/code will pre-select the Program Instance in the Enrolment form. 


  1. Student Groups - Go to Schedules > Groups and select the Group/Intake or click on the link of the group from the Program Instance page > Groups. Through this link, the Group will automatically be selected in the enrolment form.
