Viewing Students Details from the Company Portal (Maximise)

Viewing Students Details from the Company Portal (Maximise)

Overview

This tutorial will walk you through how to view Student details in the Company Portal, both as a parent/root level company or as a child company.

The Students page allows you to see information regarding your students and their enrolments. This will allow Companies to view information of Students associated with them, such as their program fees and payments, Units progress, enrolments and other details.

This tutorial will provide you information on what your partner company can access and view on the Students page.

Step Tutorial

Step 1. Log in to the Company portal using the login credentials provided by the RTO.

Access to Company Portal is provided by the RTO.

Step 2. Navigate to Students. Search for the student you wish to view. Enter the first three characters of the first name or last name to search and filter the results.

Step 3. Using the Company portal, Companies can view the following information for the selected student:

  1. Details - view and edit Student personal information.

  1. Enrolments - view student's enrolments on different programs related to the Company being viewed.

  1. Units - view students Units for each enrolment. Unit status (Outcome) can also be viewed here.

  1. Financial - view payment plans and program fees of students

  1. Documents - add documents to Students.

VIEWING STUDENT DETAILS FOR A CHILD COMPANY ENROLMENT

If the Enhanced Company feature is enabled for the Company (Employer, Agent, Host Employer etc), information on Students for child companies can also be viewed by the Parent/Root Company. To view this:

Step 1. Go to Details > Companies.

Step 2. If a child company is available, an Edit button will be available. This will allow the parent/root company to view and enter the child company and see their enrolment information. Click on EDIT for the child company you would like to view. A blue information box will show that you are viewing information for another company. In this example, the Company name has now changed to the child company.

Step 3. Go to Students. Similarly an information box will show that you are viewing Student details for the child company now.

Follow the same steps as above to view details of Students.

When viewing as the child company or parent company, the Students page will only show information for students relating to that specific company.

Step 4. Click on "Return to My Company" in the Details page > Companies tab, to go back to the root level company.

You may also view any information on any company that is nested under the company access you have. Child companies are unable to view information of their parent company but can view information of their 2nd level child company if they have created one under them.
