How to Add a Funding Sources (NSW)
Overview
In this tutorial, we will discuss how to add a funding source (NSW).
Step Tutorial
1. From the Dashboard, go to Finance, then to Contracts, and then Funding Sources.
2. Click on the New button.
3. A pop-up will appear. Add a value to the following fields:
Code – Enter the funding source code. The funding code must be validated against the relevant AVETMISS reporting State Rules, including the length and type.
Name – Enter the funding source name.
Funding Source State – Select NSW from the dropdown.
Funding Source National – Select the funding source national from the dropdown, if applicable.
Description - Enter a description for your funding source.
NOTE: Enable the Active toggle to make the funding source available.
Once done, click on the Save button.
4. You will be notified of the successful creation of the funding source. Click on the OK button to close.
5. You should see the recently added funding source in the list.
And that is how you can add a funding source (NSW).
