How to Set up Training Plans and Letter of Offers for Digital Signature

Overview
This tutorial will show you how to set documents for various parties sign documents digitally. This tutorial will apply for digital signature of Letters of Offer and Training Plans. 
 
The ability to digitally sign documents ensures that the content remains unchanged and authentic. This is critical for maintaining the integrity of the document while maintaining a level of convenience for all parties concerned.

  2. Document templates that you plan on being digitally signed should have at least one of the Signature Tags below:

Step Tutorial
Letter of Offer: 

1. From the sidebar menu, go to Students > search and select a student > click Enrolments tab > then tick Letter of Offer button.


Letter of Offer modal will appear.

2. Select the program's Letter of Offer (LOO) that you want to publish for signing then click on the Publish for Signing button.


Training Plan: 

1. Go to Students > search and select a student > click Enrolments tab.

2. Select an enrolment then click its corresponding Action button. Choose Training Plan from the list.

NOTE: The Training Plan option will be visible under the Enrolment tab > Action button if the PI is setup with the following:
 
Under the Program Instance > AVETMISS Tab, these fields should be filled in:

✅Reporting State 
✅Funding Source
✅Funding Contract Name
✅Apprenticeship/Traineeship/SBAT = Yes.

After clicking Training Plan, a pop-up window will appear. Click Publish for Signing.


Once a document has been published, this will now be available for signing of the assigned parties. 


That's it! You have now set up Training Plans and Letter of Offers for digital signature.
