How to Set up Training Plans and Letter of Offers for Digital Signature

Overview
This tutorial will show you how to set documents for various parties sign documents digitally. This tutorial will apply for digital signature of Letters of Offer and Training Plans. 
 
The ability to digitally sign documents ensures that the content remains unchanged and authentic. This is critical for maintaining the integrity of the document while maintaining a level of convenience for all parties concerned.

  2. Document templates that you plan on being digitally signed should have at least one of the Signature Tags below:

Step Tutorial
Letter of Offer: 
1. Go to Students
2. Select your Student
3. Click Enrolments Tab
4. Click Letter of Offer (LOO) button
5. Select the program's LOO that you want to publish for signing
6. Click on the Publish for Signing button.


Training Plan: 
1. Go to Students
2. Select your Student
3. Click Enrolments Tab
4. Click Action button
5. Click Training Plan

6. Click on Publish for Signing


Once a document has been published, this will now be available for signing of the assigned parties. 

That's it! You have now s et up Training Plans and Letter of Offers for digital signature.
