How to Access Students Enrolment via Trainer Portal
Overview
Trainers can access a student's enrolment details in the
Student Management System (SMS) using their assigned trainer-level access. This
allows them to view relevant course enrolments, perform certain actions, and
manage necessary updates within the enrolment.
In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to access these
enrolments through the trainer portal.
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Students > search
and select a student > then click Enrolments tab.
2. The Student Enrolments tab displays all the programs in
which the student is enrolled to.
The following actions can be performed in this tab:
- Export – Generates an Excel file
containing all enrolments related to the student.
- Search Student Enrolments – Allows
trainers to search for specific enrolments, which is useful if the student has a
long list.
- Table Headers - You can rearrange the
list by clicking on the header of each column.
NOTE:
- Clicking the checkbox button for an enrolment provides
you the option to Print or Print Enrolment of the student.
- If Print is clicked, the Enrolment
Form option will appear. Once ticked, a window will open, allowing you to print
and/or save the student’s enrolment form.
- If Print Enrolment is selected, it will
directly open the same window, allowing you to perform the same actions as
above.
- Clicking the Action button for an
enrolment allows you to do the following:
- Edit – Make changes to the enrolment.
- Add Task – Add a task relevant to the enrolment
- Email – Send an email to the student.
- View – View the information about the
enrolment.
