How to Add Feedback to the Continuous Improvement Register

Overview
RTOs can record feedback from students, third-party clients, and other stakeholders. These suggestions and insights are valuable for the ongoing improvement of the organisation.

To record this feedback, follow the step-by-step guide below.

Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to the Compliance section, click Continuous Improvement tab, and click the + icon. A new window will pop-up.

2. From the pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
  1. Date Created - Enter the date the feedback was created.
  2. Raised By - Select from the list who raised the concern—Student, Company or User.
  3. Student / Company / User - This field updates based on your selection in the Raised By field. Choose the relevant student, company, or user from the list.
  4. Area for Improvement - Specify the area that needs improvement based on the feedback.
  5. Suggested Improvement - Provide the suggested improvement.
  6. Reviewed By - Select the person who reviewed the concern.
  7. Date Reviewed - Enter the date the concern was reviewed.
  8. Approved By - Select the person who approved the concern.
  9. Expected Completion - Indicate the expected date for resolving the concern.
  10. Date Completed - Enter the actual completed date.
  11. Document - Click the field to upload any relevant documents.
  12. Review Outcome - List the outcome of the review.
  13. Status* - (Required field) Choose the current status of the concern from the dropdown list.
Once done, click the Save icon.

NOTE: 
  1. Click the Export icon to download the table as an Excel file.
  2. Click the Filter icon to display inline search filters in the table headers.
  3. Use the Search bar to find specific records using keywords.

When the Filter icon is clicked, the inline filters will appear as shown.
Click the Filter icon again to hide the filters, or click the X icon to clear all applied filters.
