How to Create a Custom Status for Continuous Improvement
1. Click Administration and go to Templates
2. Select the System tab
3. Click the Continuous Improvement Status tab
4. Click the "New" button


5. Fill in the Status, add a Description and pick a Colour.
6. Click Save.



You have now created a new custom Continuous Improvement status. 
How to Create a Custom Status for Complaints
1. Click Administration and go to Templates
2. Select the System tab
3. Click the Complaint Status tab
4. Click the "New" button


5. Fill in the Status, add a Description and pick a colour.
6. Click Save.



You have now created a new custom Complaint status.
How to Create a Custom Status for Appeals

4. Click the "New" button

How to Create a new Area of Operation
1. Click Administration and go to Templates
2. Select the System tab
3. Click the Area of Operation tab
4. Click the "New" button


5. Fill in the Title and add a Description.
6. Click Save.
