This feature is essential if you want to have a different email address to appear as the sender of your Email Workflows. A good use case for this feature is sending an Application Approved email from an email address that you use for enrolments, and having a Course Commence email that you send out using your trainer email address.
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Programs.
2. Navigate through Program Instances.
3. Select the actual program instance.
4. Go to Workflows tab
5. Click Email Workflows.
5. Toggle to enable Overwrite Default from Address.
7. Once Overwrite Default from Address is enabled, a field will appear. Input here the username to be used for your Email Workflows.
