In the Student Management System (SMS), administrators can view the academic results of students assigned to a specific group. This feature provides a centralised way to monitor student progress, assess performance, and track the completion status of units linked to the group.
Having access to group-level results streamlines reporting and helps ensure that outcomes can be easily reviewed. It also enables more efficient follow-up on student progress at the group level.
In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the steps to view group results in the SMS.
Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Schedule > Student Groups / Intakes tab. Then, search or select the group from the list and click on the Results sub-tab.
2. The Results table will display the list of students in that group, the units they are enrolled in, and their most recent results for each unit.
To understand the meaning of each result, click on the Key button.
This will open a list showing the available unit outcomes and their descriptions.
Click the Key button again to hide this information.
You can use the Search Results field to find specific students or units.
Additionally, clicking on any column header will sort the table by that column’s values.
