How to View Students Fees via Company Portal

Overview

In the Student Management System (SMS), companies can easily view student fees through the Company Portal. This feature provides access to detailed fee records, including amount, fee type, and discount. Companies can track financial transactions, filter fees based on enrolment and ensure accurate billing management.

This guide will walk you through the steps to access and view student fee details using your company login.

Step Tutorial

1. From the Dashboard, go to Students > search and select a student > click Financial tab > then go to Fees subtab.

2. The Student Enrolment Fees table displays all fees related to the student’s enrolment.

The following actions can be performed in this tab:

1. Search Student Enrolment Fees – Helps companies to search a specific enrolment fee, which is especially useful if the student has a long list.
2. Table Headers - You can rearrange the list by clicking on the header of each column.
