Overview
In this tutorial, we will walk you through on how you can send emails and lodge every interaction you had with your students. This is relatively important when you need to inform or send updates to students about their training or enrolment.

How to Make Notes in the SMS

1. Go to Students
2. Select the student from drop-down list.
3.  Navigate through the Notes tab.
4. Click New.



5. Make a note by typing in the Notes.  You can also add a Hyperlink in the Hyperlink section if applicable. 
6. Click Save to save changes.



How to Send an Email to a Student

1.  Go to Students 
2. Select the student from drop-down list.
3.  Navigate through the Notes tab.
4. Click Email.



5. Type in your Email Subject and additional recipients separated by commas if needed.
6. Compose your email. You may use any of the available emails from the Custom Templates or you may type in your own message.
7. Click Send Email.
