Overview
The Spiky Profile, which visually represents a student's strengths and areas for improvement across the Language, Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Skills (LLND) Assessment, becomes available after their assessment attempt has been graded.

In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through the steps to access the Spiky Profile in the SMS.

InfoNOTE: The data in the Spiky Profile is based on the results of the student’s latest attempt.

Step Tutorial
1. From the sidebar menu, go to Students. Search and select for the student, then navigate to the LLND tab.


2. In the LLND tab, there are two sub-tabs available: LLN and Digital Skills.

Each sub-tab will display the student’s corresponding Spiky Profile.

IMPORTANT: These sub-tabs will become available if Both LLN and Digital Skills Assessment is selected for the relevant program instance. If only one of the two is selected, no sub-tabs will be displayed; instead, the relevant data for the selected LLND requirement will be shown directly.

What do the 'LLN Assessment Complete' and 'Digital Skills Assessment Complete' fields represent?
The LLN Assessment Complete and Digital Skills Assessment Complete fields indicate whether the student has successfully completed the assessment and achieved the required benchmark.
  1. Yes = The student completed the assessment and achieved the required benchmark.
  2. No = The student did not achieve the required benchmark, even if they attempted or submitted the assessment.
InfoNOTE: 'Complete' refers to successfully meeting the required benchmark, not simply completing or submitting an attempt.

These fields work together with the LLN Assistance Required and Digital Skills Assistance Required fields. The fields are expected to reflect the following:
  1. LLN Assessment Complete = YesLLN Assistance Required = No
  2. LLN Assessment Complete = NoLLN Assistance Required = Yes
  3. Digital Skills Assessment Complete = YesDigital Skills Assistance Required = No
  4. Digital Skills Assessment Complete = No Digital Skills Assistance Required = Yes
This means that when a student achieves the required benchmark, no additional assistance is indicated.
If the student does not achieve the benchmark, assistance is indicated as required.
